I've only thought of one good one so far...
Dual Energy
When attached to a Pokemon, Dual Energy provides 2 energies of that Pokemon's type. If the Pokemon Dual Energy is attached to has 2 types, it provides one energy of each of that Pokemon's type. Dual energy has no effect other than providing energy.
Any contenders?

When you attach Energetic Energy to one of your pokémon, you may move up to 2 Basic energy cards attached to all of your Pokémon to the Pokémon Energetic Energy is attached to.

Would be sooooo good, and soooooo useful in ray/craw decks

Double Energy

This cards provides any kind of energy, but only two at a time.  when you choose the type of energy this is, both energies are that type.  you cannot change the type of energy this is once chosen.  before choosing, this provides 2 (C) energies.

Evolutive Energy

Evolutive energy can only be attached from your hand or deck to Basic Pokémon. While attached to a Basic Pokémon, Evolutive Energy provides (*) energy. If the Pokémon that Evolutive Energy is attached to evolves, Evolutive Energy now provides 2 eneries of each type but only 2 at a time.
