Ruling G Booster & Hard Charm

Does G Booster ignore the effects of Hard Charm? So if a 190 hp pokemon had Hard Charm and attached and was hit with G Booster, would it be knocked out or still have 10 hp?

G-Booster ignores all effects on the Defending Pokemon. That includes, among many others, Hard Charm. It would still deal 200 damage.

Also, next time try to use the site's scans instead of external ones.
