Gaia Power? A Theory on the Stones (Pokken/Sun+Moon)

Oh stones stones stones, we know that the symbol in the Japanese titles mean SOMETHING and I have seen the burst heart theory but I have my own.
Those who have played Pokken know about synergy stones already, stones that let battle trainers and Pokemon to be in perfect sync.
A fragment of a synergy stone has a very familiar shape, this shape? See below

These stones are powered by a source of power from the earth known as Gaia Power. Synergy stones are capable of producing power similar to mega evolution, in fact some Pokemon actually Mega evolve from the Gaia power.

Stones producing power? Diamond shape? Gaia (the greek word for "earth")? A diamond shape? I think that Pokken is introducing us the next step in Mega evolution, known as Synergy Burst which is capable of Mega evolving Pokemon OR giving them power without it being a full mega evolution, which I think is a hint to the next game's new mechanic.

Oooohh.....I can say that's a pretty good speculation. If this Gaia-Power is what you think it is, perhaps it could be linked to Zygarde as well, with him being the Guardian of Earth due to his typing. This Gaia Power could also tie into/be the cause of natural energy that Groudon and Kyogre absorbed into themselves to primal revert to their Primal Forms of Primal Groudon and Prime Kyogre respectively, seeing as the said energy came from the planet itself. This would be a pretty awesome mechanic, and tie nicely into the Mega Evolution concept, which I still believe has ways to grow and improve as a staying game's mechanic.

Nice theory/speculation right there.
 
This could also help explain the whole Ash-Greninja thing as well, if you think about it.

I'm sorry! But, as sorry as I am, it just doesn't seem that plausible to resonate into SM, otherwise they would also be reintroducing shadow Pokemon as well, which is what I also doubt they'll do. If you want to, we can discuss this over PM, just shoot me one and I'll respond.

Why would they need to re-introduce shadow Pokemon?

That is my point, if what you're saying is true, and corresponds to main games, they would also have to have shadow Pokemon, because Shadow Mewtwo is made from one of these stones, albeit with negative energy

Well they can just make Shadow Mewtwo an alternate form of regular Mewtwo. Perhaps it could work like mega evolution but with a specific stone
Example: 2 stones. One is a normal synergy stone (held item) which lets synergy burst capable Pokemon use synergy burst when held. The other being a corrupted synergy stone which only works with Mewtwo and changes his form when held.
