A simple yet effective spread deck.

Pokemon: 20
3-1 gallade E4
2 full, Darkrai & Cresselia Legend (2/2)
2 honchkrow g
1 solrock TR
1 lunatone SV
2 crobat g
1 lucario gl
2 uxie LA
1 azelf LA
1 spiritomb LA
1 unown q

T/S/S: 28
1 professor oak's new theory
1 palmer's contribution
1 bebe's search
2 pokemon collector
1 aaron's collection
4 cyrus's conspiracy
2 power spray
2 sp radar
4 poke turn
2 energy gain
1 expert belt
1 luxury ball
2 pokemon communication
2 energy exchanger
2 super scoop up

Energy: 12
4 {d}
4 {p}
2 call energy
2 double colorless energy

Thats the deck. The strategy is to abuse Gallade e4 lv.X s power to get a good damage spread over my opponent's pokemon so i can do aimed cut for a good amount of damage. I can also move the damage around with Darkrai & Cresselia Legend to get multiple easy k.o s or to k.o something big before it can hit me. I also run darkness energy not just for honchkrow g but so i can use DCL s first attack and do 100 damage and send (if k.o ed) the defending pokemon to the lost zone. And since many pokemon have weakness to aether darkness or psychic (i know that many don't but anyway) So i can hit for 200 damage on those if necessary. And the solrock/lunatone is to prevent healing that would other wise destroy this deck.

So any suggestions on how to counter/ tech vs trainer lock and other popular decks right now?

Things i could tech in: (1 of the following)

1-1 dialga g and 1 metal energy (vs trainer lock and such) (takes 3 slots)

1-1 blaziken fb and 1 fire energy (vs vileplume and steal type tanks. Also a great attacker) (takes 3 slots)

1 froslass gl (vs vileplume and other bench sitting supporters/ high retreat pokemon) (takes 1 slot)

Which to play (if any) and what to take out for the lines?

Silly as it sounds, consider a Dialga G tech. You obviously wouldnt play him against decks that heal, but he is your best bet vs. trainerlock. Or put in something that has a drag off-like attack, that tends to take on most Vileplumes pretty well.

Yeah a 1-1 dialga g would help vs some decks but any idea what could take out for it?( I might also need 1 metal energy then). As for some drag off-like attack i could play blaziken fb or maybe froslass fb? blaziken would be a stronger choice for most matchups but would also take 3 slots while froslass only takes 1 slot. What would be the best option and what could i take out for it?

you're also looking kinda weak to machamp there. maybe look for something to tech agianst him. i know you cover his weakness but do you have anything other than dcl taht can 1shot him? id also add a couple miasma as none of your deck is really going to get hit by it (sans solrock) but it will really help you out. not sure what to take out.

maybe..
-1 pont
-1 aarons or palmers
+2 miasma?
just my thoughts

Actually i can take machamp on, since i play lucario gl machamp will have x2 weakness and i'll be spreading so if a machamp has 2 damage counters on it already i can use aimed cut ad k.o it.

A miasma might help the spread but i don't think there is any room for it really. So i won't add it, not for now at least.

Just a little bumb. I also added some options i could make about the tech pokemon i could run in this deck so check the bottom of the first post.

Sableye is an extremely good card for this. I use it in my Gallade spread deck, trust me, Sableye sets you up super quick and can even beat up another pokemon easily.

I would recommend dropping 2 Darkness Energy and adding 2 Special Darkness Energy. Reason being, put 2 Special Darkness on DCL for a great 120 for 4.
You may want to also load up your Belts for good protection on Solrock.
Other than that, this deck is great.

BTW:: I really like how you added Lunatone from SV in there, it's great against Garchomp C and really protects your Solrock.
