BW/BW2 Game Reseting itself?

Hey guys,

I heard a rumor that at 999:99 Hours the game resets itself (in all gens), is this true?

No, It just stayed the same on my emerald when I went on holiday for a whole 2 months and returned to see it on 999.99.

Besides the above situation, I cannot imagine how anyone would gain this amount of hours but I supposed that it remains the same forever.

I myself thought that the game resets when it reaches a playtime of 999:99, but I found out that it doesn't. A YouTuber named Chuggaaconroy posted a video of him getting a playtime of 999:99 in Pokémon Diamond (?) and the game didn't reset at all. You'll still be able to do things, your playtime just won't reach up to 1000:00.

It would just be stupid if it reset itself because you would probaly lose all your data witch isnt fair.
