Expanded GarboToad

Hey everyone! I've been building an expanded GarboToad deck and asking advice for it. However, most of the sites I've asked on have told me things like, " Toad's trash," you suck for playing it," etc. So I've come to pokebeach for some help! Here's the list!
4 Seismitoad EX
2 Trubbish BKP
2 Garbodor BKP
2 Tapu Lele GX
1 Shaymin EX

4 Professor Sycamore
2 N
1 Guzma
1 Accerola
1 Xerosic
1 Team Flare Grunt
1 Shadow Triad
1 Ghetsis
1 AZ

4 VS Seeker
4 Ultra Ball
4 Crushing Hammer
4 Hypnotoxic Laser
3 Scooper Soop Up
2 Fighting Fury Belt
1 Choice Band
3 Float Stone
1 Head Ringer
1 Rock Guard Ace Spec
2 Virbank City Gym

3 Water Energy
4 DCE

I think one Seviper is value here, the extra 10 damage on two ticks of poison adds up, 70 instead of 60 damage per turn will nab extra KOs faster.

No viper laserbank t1 = 30+30 = 60, 90 on your next turn , repeat for 150 by the end of t2 (170 with ffb, 210 with band if applicable)

viper laserbank t1 = 30+40 = 70, 110 on your next turn, repeat for magic 180 by the end of t2 (200 with ffb, 240 with choice band if applicable)

Granted, curing poison is easier with Guzma everywhere, but it's a pretty cheap inclusion.

IMO, either Computer Search or Dowsing Machine would be more effective than Rock Guard, especially since opponents can easily "get around" it or Xerosic it away.

No Lysandre??

Further, your success hinges a lot on successful coin flips given the Hammers and Super Scoop Ups you're running. To enhance your deck's "strength, have you considered running Puzzles of Time in order to reuse the DCEs, Hammers, Lasers (more important than the SSUs, IMO), etc.?

Inevitably, benching a Shaymin EX or even wounded Seismitoad EX(s) will likely become a liability near end-game when your opponent is looking to get 2 more prizes... Have you considered running 1 Parallel City in order to remove unwanted/unneeded Pokémon from your bench?

Suggested deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Tapu Lele GX - I'm finding 1 Shaymin EX along with 1 Tapu Lele GX is quite sufficient with "strong" card-draw support
-1 Hypnotoxic Laser - 3 should be sufficient
-1 Rock Guard - "weak" ACE Spec
-3 Super Scoop Up
-1 Ghetsis - too situational
-1 Crushing Hammer - 3 should be sufficient
-1 Head Ringer - not critical

+1 Computer Search
+1 Enhanced Hammer
+1 Lysandre
+4 Puzzle of Time - to recover discarded resources
+1 Parallel City
+1 Rescue Stretcher / Super Rod

I hope you find these comments helpful.
