Ruling Garchmp lvl.X what it does?

Hi to all this is my first post =D
well i saw a japanese garchomp lvl.X in pokebeach and i wonder what it does because i dont know japanese and im curious because his only attack doesnt needs energy so someone could explain its poke-power or poke-body and its attack?

another question: whats the difference between poke-body and poke-power?

Please tell!
 
there are translations somewhere on the site...
oh yeah, poke-powers, you are allowed to activate whenever you want, but only once per turn.
poke-bodies, always stay on and the effect happens once per turn.

Once during your turn, when you play Garchomp LV.X from your hand to Level Up 1 of your Pokémon, you may flip 3 coins. For each heads, put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon.
