Well, I suppose if I want to try this at league tomorrow, I need to get a list together. This is what I've got so far; It's pretty standard. I'm either going to run this, Zeel, or some completely random rouge for this format.

Pokemon (19)
4-3-4 Garchomp
3-3 Altaria
2 Emolga

Trainers N' Stuff (30)
4 Juniper
4 N
3 Cheren
4 Level Ball
3 Pokemon Catcher
3 Rare Candy
2 Max Potion
2 Random Reciever
2 Super Rod
2 Switch
1 Tool Scrapper

Energy (11)
7 {F}
4 {W}{L}{F}{M} Blend

You should all know the strategy by now. Any advice is apprieciated. I'll probably take out a Plus Power for a fourth Catcher, but because of Junk Arm, I don't even have a fourth one on me. I understand 8 {F} is a little much, but it seemed like I kept having to Juniper them, and Super Rod was needed to get back the Altarias and Gabites, so I added one.

Nice list, but I would recommend 2-3 Emolgas, to get the basics out faster, and 4 Level Ball to get out Gabite out. If Gabite is out, then you can set up from there.
Also, maybe 3-4 more Draw Supporters, like Bianca or Cheren would be nice for consistency.

What I'll probably end up doing is maxing out Level Ball and other search before putting the Emolgas in. Similarly, Supporter wise, I want four Random Recievers before a Bianca or Cheren. I personally don't like either one. I kind of don't know what to take out for these, though.

-4 PlusPower
-3 Max Potion

+3 Emolga
+3 Bianca
+1 Cheren (in case your hand is greater than 6 cards)

You don't need PlusPower when you're smashing OHKOs with Garchomp. Diet is right in the fact that you need some consistency, so the draw Supporters are definitely needed. I'm not so sure with why Max Potion is here, though maybe keeping one would be a good idea in case you're desperate. Other than that, it's cutting consistency. Bianca and Cheren should help you get you just the right Trainers you need, while Emolga helps you get out Swablu and a Gible (which you can evolve into Gabite the next turn...or Candy into Chomp) to start strong.

I like Max Potion because most of the time, you'll only have one, sometimes two energy attached. I'm not sold on taking Plus Powers out. 100 + 20 * 3 is a Plus Power away from OHKO'ing Mewtwo and Raikou. It let's you get some KO's without discarding, but if I end up rarely using it, I'll take it out. I will try it with Cheren, though.

-1 Plus Power
- 1 Max Potion
-1 {F}

+2 Cheren
+1 Level Ball

Like I said, I'll try it at league.
But I find I have no problem getting Basics out (and that was with three Level Ball). After that, Gabite can take it from there.

After a dozen matches, I agree there needs to be something to search out Basics. I want to two Emolgas, but I don't know what to take out. I'm tempted to take out the Communications. Between Dragon Call and Level Ball, I never use them, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

While at first, I didn't think Emolga was worth running because you needed three to have a decent chance of starting with it, and those three spaces could be used on things that can 100% of the time get me a better start, the potential to fill up your Bench T2 is almost too good to pass up. The changes I've made:

-2 Max Potion
-1 Level Ball
-1 Plus Power
+3 Emolga
+1 Catcher

I'm still testing between Plus Power and Max Potion. Both have been helpful, but running both does put a dent in consistancy.
