sorry I've heard alot of archtype talk around here lately and I'm still out of it when it comes to building decks. I found one for sale on ebay but I'm not about to pay $100 for something that people say is cheap and I can probably make for $50(besides what's the fun if I don't make my own?) What are the basic cards that go into this? Keep in mind I'm still not crazy about running an archtype...

Well, this list looks an awful lot like mine, and it's a pretty good list already. One thing I'd recommend is Bianca over Cheren. From what I've found, Gartaria is almost always able to get 4 cards out of Bianca. I'd recommend dropping an Emolga for an fourth catcher, since you should always have 4, and a a Rare Candy for a Super Rod, seeing as you don't run Rescue Scarf.

well this is not exactly my deck. I found someone's list and am being silly by copying it since I'm barely back and in a rush to play at battle roads. that's for the suggestion and I have some rescue scarves. Honestly I haven't built a deck since 2003...

I think the Super Rod count is fine. You do want to fit in the fourth Catcher, so probably take out a {F} for it. Also, I personally like 4 Junipers in this deck; say what you want. I say it's almost always worth it unless you are N'd into a hand of Juniper, two Garchomps, and two Super Rods... Since you run Switch, you can safetly drop one Emolga for Juniper. That way, you can Level Ball for it T1, and get it into the Active spot via Switch.

It's not a hugely expensive deck, but Catchers do go for around $10 each, as do the #90 Garchomps (wildly popular as they should be).
