This IS the card I am playing for BW-on format. 1 for 60 no drawback? Yes plz. 2 for 100 minor drawback? Oh yeah. It is amazingly fast and consistent with the AbiliBite and Altaria makes it OHKO 130 HP pokemon when 2 are in play, which is huge.

Not only does the 1 for 60 attack have no drawback, it has a positive effect, it discards a special energy attached to the defending Pokemon. It's actually a very strong effect against Mewtwo EX, Tornadus EX or anything that uses DCE/Prism/Blend.
