For your pokemon could you put the sets beside it? I'm mostly wondering if your Garchomps and fighting. If they aren't I personally think they should be. why? Pikarom

Agree with pokenerd to an extent, though I run a 2-2 split and a lance.

From my limited experience counter catcher or custom catcher might be preferred to Guzma, since you want cynthia to be played to get an OHKO. You could cut back on choice bands, especially if you have some fighting chomps (which I think you do because diancie), in order to put in some shrines of punishment. You are usually hitting the numbers without choice, and you need a stadium in the current standard format (or you straight up lose to dark one prize decks, for instance, due to black market). However I see 3 leles 2 lucario gxs and 2 zoros in here, so if you want to keep that stuff, maybe devoured field.

Lusamine is good especially to get back that shrine/field, but I would also add a couple pal pads to get cynthias back late game without having to play lusamine (takes your supporter for turn). In fact if you are keeping Lele in there, I would probably replace both tates with pal pads.

I've never played a GX centric garchomp, so to me it seems crowded, for instance you have no stretchers or energy recovery at all, unless that is a resource management oranguru... in which case did you just invent zorolucarchomp control?

I'd have a pal pad or two to get back Cynthias, and more Lillie's or Erika's instead of Tate&Liza. Probably some Great Balls or Nest Balls to start getting Pokémon out.

I tend to think that's too many Pokémon anyway; not sure why you have 3 Tapu Leles, you probably don't need any, and if you do have one that's fine, but 3? Short the Riolus one or two also. Try to get down to 20 Pokémon.

If your playing the fighting version you should play exp shares sense otherwise you will have no acceleration like the dragon version does. You could also make allot of room by taking out allot of the fluff you have playing a maximum 4-2-4 line of garchomp and a 3-3 Lucario line leles can be clutch but the rest of the pokemon wont help to much. You could also make space for 2 jirachis and 2 escape boards which would help allot. Also shrine is helpfull for the turns you miss a cynthia and need to do at extra 10 to zoroark or just plain doing 210 to lucario and other fringe gxs
