I don't really have a good list, but I can tell you it's probably not going to be doing anything special in Expanded. Expanded is just too fast/consistent for it to work. In standard, however, I think it might have a chance. If they don't print another, "Discard your hand and draw 7 cards," card, the meta will become a bit slower. This would make room for setup decks. On top this, since N is rotating, there won't be as much hand disruption, unless people start playing Wicke/Llima/Peeking Red Card. The big draw support will probably become Cynthia (which obviously this deck would play 4 of).

If I had to make a List, this would probably be it:

Pokemon: 20
3x Riolu ULP
3x Lucario ULP
4x Gible ULP
2x Gabite ULP
4xGarchomp ULP(maybe 3 fighting and 1 dragon)
2x Tapu Lele GX GRI
2x Alolan Vulpix

Trainers: 30
4x Cynthia
1x Lillie
3x Pokemon Fan Club
1x Guzma
1x Llima

4x Ultra Ball
2x Timer Ball
3x Pal Pad
3x Choice Band
2x Field Blower
3x Float Stone
3x Rare Candy

Energy: 10
4x Strong Energy
4x Double Colorless Energy
2x Fighting Energy

I think the Pal Pads might be personal opinion, but I think it could be pretty strong to Pad Pad back in a Cynthia and immediately search for and play it with Lucario. Keep in mind I literally just sat down and wrote this, so it's not exactly fine-tuned or anything.

Hope this is what you were asking for!

well first garchomp is free retreat, no need for timer ball because you have assension with gibble and gabite and also alolan vulpix, you would just play puzzles as you can use lucarios ability to get something else. I would add more energies so you wouldn't be e hammered but the pokemon line is what I like thx for the help

Fighting ones have not come out yet and truly are not the better choice unless your running carbink break cuz if you miss an attachment or loos one to a hammer your just plain losing

I believe the Timer Balls would be much more effective when it comes to consistency and getting them out quickly. Especially, when paired with a Rare Candy. I think it would be better to put damage out rather than retreating to Ascension to evolve your Gibles and Gabites. Plus, if you used Cynthia that turn, boom 200 damage right there. Plus, it risks your Gabites and Garchomps from getting knocked out before being able to do damage.

I do foresee the Garchomp theme deck to take control of the theme deck tournaments. I am definitely going to be excited to get that theme deck and try it out!

I mean, the strategy is pretty straightforward. Get Garchomp and Lucario on the field and rip off Cynthia-boosted Royal Blades every turn. Your strategy will be the same regardless of matchup. I don't have a list but have seen other players' lists and they're all similar. 4-2-4 Garchomp line, 3-3 Lucario line, 4 Cynthia, a Pal Pad or two, and then your standard staples. I think the deck is viable because it's a non-GX deck that's able to OHKO GXs so the prize trade is in your favor, but you gotta get it set up which could be tough.

This deck will definitely do better once the Fighting-type Garchomp comes out. It will easily knock out Zoroark-GX's if it can set up quickly enough to not lose Gibles or Gabites. Are Fighting-type Gibles and Gabites confirmed to come out with the Fighting-type Garchomp reprint?
