Garchomp Lv.X - Colorless - 140 HP
Poke-Power: Dragon Pulse - You can use this Power once during your turn, when you play this card from your hand to Level-Up a Pokemon. Flip 3 coins. For each heads, place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.

[.] Rebirth: Search your discard pile for a Pokemon card (excluding Pokemon Lv.X), and play it on your Bench as a Basic Pokemon. Then, you may search your discard pile for 3 Basic Energy cards and attach them to that Pokemon.

Weakness: Colorless (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 0

(from pokebeach.com main page)

O_O.....broken, let's discuss about this card, shall we ?

Advantage: Get to revive dead pokemon...
Disadvantage: Can't do any damage...
Weakness: Crystal Shard

By the way, what does [.] mean??
Can someone please explain to me??
Thanks in advance... :D

[.] means energyless attack cost.
And remember, it can use Garchomps previous attacks too. So it can do damage.

Hey... I do... 1 Garchomp gets pwnd... and your LvX is about to die as well... Hey just use Rebirth and get another Garchomp with 3 Diffrent types of NRG so he can hit 3 diffrent weaknesses....

One problem that might come up is getting the 3 basic energy cards into your discard pile so that they can be rebirthed.
I think that Delcatty (PK) would work well with Garchomp Lv X.

An obvious problem is that you have to evolve Gible THREE times. It's hard enough to evolve it twice. If you want another Garchomp in your discard pile, you'll have to evolve a total of FIVE times. I this were unlimited play, Dark Dragonair could get around that...

You only need to evolve Gible twice if you have Rare Candy.

All you have to do is discard a Garchomp from you hand, that can easily be done with Holon Mentor, TV Reporter or Holon Adventurer.

Garchomp Lv.X would never be played.

With delcatty, LvX are easy to get in play.
However, I dont see this surviving a hit.
But, taking back from the discard pokemon like flygon ex d or draggy ex d with energies is just great.

To bad you can't use charizard ex or lugia ex with garchomp Lv.x! then after using rebirth, free retreat next turn for that 200 damadge! then next turn, reatreat lugia for garchomp. do the energy thing again.
Plus lugias energy type works with garchomp DP2!

Now that doesn't make much sense. You have your active Gible, rare candy, then level up. That's 2 evo's. Then you search your discard pile for a garchomp(Delcatty ex to put it and the enrgy there) and attach 3 energy cards to it. So why 5 evo's? This thing would rule with Rampardos. That way you don't need those loser fossils.

Its not that bad. Plus it can bring out flygon d ex back.

I guess I've to play tons of crystal shards. Cuz garchomp lvl x will be annoying. =p

I hope you guys realize that, correct me if I am wrong, but you cannot use Garchomp Lvl X outside of Japan because there is no english version of the card...

That does not matter. I think they will print Garchomp LV X in English & don't be surprised if Garchomp LV X is in 1 of the DP set(in the future)...

I am not saying that it will not be printed in english, I am saying that the odds of it being printed in english are slim.

If it does come out in a set, and if that set is D/P4, if what WPM said on the front page about his speculation of when it comes out is correct, then IF the garchomp is in D/P4 then we will get it late this year, or, if his other speculation is correct, quite a bit into the year next year. That is providing it is in D/P4 to begin with.

I say introduce the Points Awards system that Japan has. Build up points and earn the card/other cards/other stuff. Rather than just buying a box or two and getting it. Or just buying it off of Ebay.
