I suppose the cards listed are for a budget since I don't see a lot of the staples in there. In any case, I'd suggest the following:

Pokemon - 15 total
2 Xerneas
2 Xerneas EX
2 - 2 Aromatisse
2 - 2 Slurpuff (1 XY and 1 Phantom Forces)
1-1 M.Kangaskhan EX
1 Suicine

Trainers - 34 total
4 Professor Sycamore
3 Shauna
2 Pokemon Fan Club
2 Lysandre
1 Teammates
2 VS Seeker
2 Pokemon Centre Lady

3 Fairy Garden
4 Super Potion
2 Escape Rope
1 Enhanced Hammer
2 Ultra Ball
1 Gold Potion (A-Spec)
1 Max Potion
1 Startling Megaphone
3 Muscle Band

Energy - 11 total
7 Fairy Energy
2 Double Colourless
2 Rainbow Energy

Now, the above looks rather expensive but it's not. Most of the cards you can get relatively cheap and ties you over until you can get M. Gardevoir. A good place to grab is to take 2 Resilient Life decks and that easily builds you the core of the above. Add to that a lot of normal art cards for Pokemon Centre Lady and Lysandre and you've got pretty much this deck built. The only downside is that you're very vulnerable to a lot of draw misfortune. But the Kangaskhan allows you to draw 3 for its attack which is good to thin out the deck and the Suicine is there for an alternate attack against EXs.

This deck was mostly a hey I bought this theme deck (Resilient life) I know generly how this deck wants to work (I bought that one worlds deck with M kangaskhan) so I made a deck with the help of my friend. The way my decks come along is that my friend makes a deck and I need a way to defeat his deck. So if anyone can help me defeat yveltal I would appreciate it. Thanks for the help I appreciate it. :D

You can try adding in a Klefki if you want to go against that deck and that deck alone. Taking 40 less damage instead of 20 should turn the odds into your favor.

There's also the Xerneas promo (XY31) that does 120 for 4 energy to Yveltal and Yveltal EX specifically.

Talk about your tech cards :)

Using my list, you can actually exchange M.Kangaskhan for M.Manectric which would alleviate the Yveltal issue quite well. As Maximinn noted, there is a Xerneas promo which you can use but the energy costs makes it rather unwieldy and easy for an Evil Ball KO.
