Pokemon: 23
Strategy:
Alright, so this deck focuses on attacking and retreating with little Energy cost. The Gardevoir is best left on the bench and doubles psychic energy for Psychic Pokemon. Then with Dimension Valley on the field, you can basically attack with few Energy attached to any Pokemon. The most Energy you would need on a Pokemon for attacks would be two. With Wobbuffet, he negates all non-Psychic Abilities and the most common to worry about then would be safeguard/toolbox Sigilyph and Garbodor and Trevenant's Ability. Also, you can buff up Mewtwo EX and if Gardevoir is still on your field, then you can just double the energy on Mewtwo for an easy knockout.
