I'm pretty sure everyone knows this card, but just in case if not, here:
Now my question is, on the Poke-Power, it doesn't say "You MAY choose.." it says "once during your turn, before your attack, choose 1 of your active pokemon...." blah blah blah. Does this mean, you MUST do this? Meaning you have no choice? I know Poke-Powers are optional, but on most cards w/ Pokepowers, it says "You MAY" do this, or "You MAY" do that.
Any clarification?
