Gardy's attack says that your opponent can't use any poke-powers on his or her pokemon. Does this prevent Claydol's power and Palkia Lv. X's power?

It says your opponent cant use ANY poke-powers.

Claydoll and Palkia are turned off.

It says that you can't use powers on YOUR pokemon. Claydol's power isn't really on your pokemon, but Palkia X's is on both yours and your opponents, so I was wondering if either of them could use their powers.

On YOUR pokemon refers to yours pokemon´s Poke-Power, it doesn´t matter if it is in your bench ar if it is your active pokemon. Cosmic Power is a Power from your pokemon (supposing that you have Claydol), so, you can´t use it. The same happens with Palkia or any other.

Uh, no, that's completely silly. It's talking about which Pokemon has the Power -- the Pokemon it's printed on -- not what it affects.

Claydol and Palkia's Powers are "[printed] on your Pokemon". You can't use them.

what about the empoleon lvx that has the supreme command body the text says this power can`t be used if empoleon has a stat. condition.

Supreme Command is a Poke-Power, not a Poke-Body. The original run of the card was misprinted. So it, too, is disabled by Psychic Lock.

Why isn't Gardy's attack worded: "You opponent can't use any pokepowers."?

Are they coming out with pokemon were our opponent can use your pokepower? lol

Is that cleared up? Their Claydol, Palkia, or any other of their own cards with a Power, can't use that Power.

Maybe because your opponent doesnt have any pokepower. or do you have one? im curious....where do you have it written?
Your opponents pokemon has the pokepowers, the word "ON" is used here as "printed on".
