Gardy's attack says that your opponent can't use any poke-powers on his or her pokemon. Does this prevent Claydol's power and Palkia Lv. X's power?

Claydoll and Palkia are turned off.

Is that cleared up? Their Claydol, Palkia, or any other of their own cards with a Power, can't use that Power.Gardevior Lv.55 SW said:During your opponent's next turn, your opponent can't use any PokéPowers on his or her Pokémon.
