Ok, I have a question to ask. What will happen if I Telepass my opponent's Steven's Advice when I have 6 cards in my hand that time?? Can I still Telepass it because I was wondering if my opponent's Steven's Advice is considered as a card in my hand..??

Yes you can cause Steven's isn't in your hand...

You can because you have 6 cards in your hand. If you mean have 7 or more, the answer is no. You must be able to follow all effects on the supporter to be able to use it, such as discarding and hand limits.
