Ruling Generations for States?

Will generations cards be legal for states? I will most likely be playing Raichu and just wanted to make sure that I could use the reprinted Generations cards.
 
Generations will be legal for States, as its release date was more than three weeks ago. Additionally, if a card that is already legal is reprinted in a set, such as Raichu XY, then it can be played even before the rest of the set would be legal, since it's technically not a new card.
