Ruling Gengar against Rampardos

Does Gengar's Power work?

Because Rampardos's Body clearly states that it's attack's damage isn't affected by Pokepower

Wow, there's a lot of questions about Rampardos lately. Basically, the only thing its Body means, is that he will ALWAYS hit for the number behind the attack (so always 80/40 unless you play Pluspowers/Buck's) no matter what kind of protection the defending Poke has. Nothing more, nothing less. Weakness is the only exception, which is also clearly stated on the card.

If Rampardos attacks and Knocks Out Gengar, and Gengar flips heads on its Poke-Power, Rampardos is Knocked Out. If this is the situation the person you mentioned described, there is nothing to fix. That is the correct ruling.

If Rampardos attacks and Knocks Out Gengar, and Gengar flips heads on its Poke-Power, Rampardos is Knocked Out. If this is the situation the person you mentioned described, there is nothing to fix. That is the correct ruling.
