Hey guys, so I just found out that the Gengar EX from Phantom Forces is getting a reprint. This is what I loved playing: Hit and Run Decks.
I found that a great partner with Gengar EX is Toxicroak from Steam Siege. Here's a skeleton of the list I plan on running, let me know what you think!

Pokemon: 15
3 Gengar EX (PHF)
2 Wobbufett (GEN)
4 Croagunk (STS)
3 Toxicroak (STS)
2 Shaymin EX (ROS)
1 Mew (FAC)
1 Carbink (BKP) Safeguard

Trainers: 32
4 Professor Sycamore
2 N
1 Lysandre

1 Delinquent
1 Pokemon Ranger
1 Ninja Boy

4 Ultra Ball
4 VS Seeker
4 Trainers Mail
3 Float Stone
3 Fighting Fury Belt
1 Super Rod
1 Captivating Poke Puff
2 Parallel City

Energy: 12
8 Basic Psychic Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

The Decks Purpose:
Try to charge up the Gengar EX by stalling behind Wobbufett or Carbink. Then use the hit and run combo to Poison your opponents to death. You may be thinking, but what about the Toxicroak? Toxicroak's ability blocks damage incoming from your opponent's poisoned pokemon, which is very useful with Gengar. Use Gengar to hit and run then go into the appropriate pokemon to stall behind before you go back in and hit. Mew is also used to attack with Gengar's attack, but only for a one prize loss.

I was actually debating using Magnetic Storm to counter Scizor decks, but that would be the only use. Carbink and Toxicroak can easily wall Scizor and Mega Scizor, plus they would discard my Stadium anyways.

Any changes I should make to the deck?
