I know this idea has been done to death (and back) but I'm actually having some success with this list casually.
Pokemon (20)
This is still a very early list as I still have a few to get a couple of cards for it. The haunters are in just in case the requirements for rare candy aren't met easily and have proven to be a bit of a tech card to confuse my opponents active pokemon while I use my rampant free retreat costs to negate it for my pokemon. Most of what I intended to use Banette for could be replaced by an Latios-EX to get easy first turn KOs but it's first attack is actually proving to be somewhat interesting, I will probably go for something that doesn't require 4 different cards to set up though (shuppet-banette-energy-dimension valley). So far my "filler" trainers that I haven't really figgured out are the trainers mail, the level balls (almost entirely for banette), and hard charms.
After typing this I think I may fit in 2 Latios-EX and replace the hard charms with float stones to keep free retreat costs up in case of Lysandre'd shaymins or something I don't have a mystery energy for. Maybe fit in birch over my filler options as well.
Basically the decks attacking Gengars make it so that nothing on the bench or in the active slot is safe while I'm able to swap between any of my pokemon for whatever attack I need at the moment due to free retreat costs on Gengar or through Mystery Energy.
EDIT* Just realized I had no Lysandre which would help with grabbing backlines to CreepShow. What should I trade out for them?
