hi, i am new to the game and i would like it if anyone could help me with some of the questions i have.
First of all are there any good resource sites that say top decks or info on big tournaments
Second what are the top decks right now and if anyone could help me find some or give me an idea on how to make some of the better decks i would really appreciate it
My final question is how much would one of the top decks nowadays cost

Hi there.

First ~ This site right here is always good. You can get an overview of upcoming decks, and post your own without fear the whole world will se it. Pokegym is also a more commutive forum, where you get a larger stream of decks, but more people will se yours.

Second ~ Currently Kingdra Swarm (Kingdra Legends Awakened, Claydol Great Encounters, Alakazam Mysterious Treasures) and Froslass spread (Froslass Legends Awakened, Bronzong MD or Yanmega LA) are the top decks, with decks like Luxray LA, AMU, Leafeon Magmortar, and Mothim Gyrados all being mid-tier. There are alot of decks being played right now, so you can basically play any well though-out/built deck and have a good shot at winning :)

Thirdly: Some decks like AMU cost hundreds of dollars, while other decks like TurnCruel can cost under 30 certaintly. I'd suggest bopping around the article submissions sub-thread for some ideas :)

what would a magnazone deck look like or any good tips on making on ebecause i pulled a lv x and it may be an ok way to get started

^magnezone DP with it's LV.X and electivire SW (motor drive) can ensure a 80+paralyze each turn as long as you have metal energy which is a pretty good deck

Magnezone Lv. X is one of my favorites from the new set, and can make a great deck. With Electivire SW's Motor Drive, you can easily recycle energies and get off a Cyber Shock every turn (although doing so, of course, is not smart- you burn through your energies quickly, and instant paralysis is useless when the enemy will die anyway). Other cool Pokemon to go with him include:

- Luxray LA (makes a great tech, since you already run Lightning)
- Rayquaza (hugely powerful, if you can run Fire)
- And my favorite, Palkia Lv. X (Magnezone DP's Poke-Body combined with Magnezone Lv. X's Electric Trans essentially gives your entire field free retreat, meaning Palkia turns into a free Gust of Wind every turn)
 
thanks for everyones help and i think i am gettin some good ideas on the magnezone deck so thank to all who helped i will probably start trying to get that deck together
