The first thing I see when I look at this card is,"That's great artwork." But then I look down... First thing I see is Tear, able to ohio an un-eviolited Rayquaza EX, Hydreigon, Garchomp, etc... (But quite frankly is ohko'ed by all of those things just the same) But the energy cost is just ugly. A grass, psychic, colorless combo is not that great ESPECIALLY because Celebi is getting rotated. Then I see it's second attack, which with a double colorless you can set it up in the same amount of time as it takes to set up the first attack. I see the 130 hit point attack and I have to admit, that's a pretty nice attack, being able to hit that oh so magic number that ohko's some of this formats biggest cards such as Zekrom and Terrakion just to name a few. But honestly, the drawback is too much for me. I would much rather hit 130 with a bolt strike+ Plus power and do 40 damage to myself (usually 20 because you would hopefully have an Eviolite attached) rather than discard the top 3 cards of my deck. There could be the game winning card in there and in the next format preserving resources is outrageously more important in the next format than it is in this one. So in the end
