I don't know how you play with other people, but if you're planning on competing in the metagame, go ahead and finish reading this post.

You should probably gain some more focus in your deck. I don't quite know about your possible access to cards, but the key here is this is all theoretical. We want to help you by suggesting cards that would be best, not the best cards you have. Not to sound mean, of course, but that is the form in which most of the feedback you will receive will take.

I also notice that you are using unlimited cards, so you should probably edit the title of the post and add (Unlimited) to it. My general recommendation is to focus on Gardevoir, Gallade, and Giratina. More to come.

I suggest you remove the following Pokemon:
1 - 1 - 1 Machamp
1 Jirachi
1 - 1 Arbok
1 - 1 Muk
2 - 2 Mismagius
2 - 2 - 1 Rampardos
2 - 1 Lucario
These are largely useless, as the focus of your deck should be only a few Pokemon, and there is little synergy between these and them.

I suggest you add the following Pokemon:
2 - 2 - 1 - 1 Gardevoir LV. X Secret Wonders
1 - 1 - 1 Vileplume Undaunted
4 Jirachi Rising Rivals
1 Uxie Legends Awakened
1 - 1 Azelf LV. X Legends Awakened
1 - 1 - 1 Nidoqueen Rising Rivals

Aside from providing your deck with more synergy, I found a way to keep your Jirachis. ^_^

I am double posting simply as a response to a PM from the OP, but I thought it more appropriate in here. If you can find your way to a Pokemon League, I'm sure you would be able to find people willing to trade these cards, especially the Unlimited ones. You can also buy packs, boxes, or deck boxes of the sets from which you need cards. Older sets are often cheaper. Finally, many websites like shuffleandcut.com, pokecorner.com, and ebay.com have ways to simply buy the cards you want, and they will be sent to you in the mail. You may also want to consider creating a modified deck before you decide to spend money on cards, as you can't use Unlimited decks (decks with Unlimited cards) in tournaments.
