Hi everyone. This my Nationals report. Wednesday night I got 8 stitches in my ear. I was up until 5 in the morning. I got almost no sleep. Thursday I got up at 10, and we had to go. I was using Muk/Vileplume/Mew/Jumpluff. The only deck it has a slightly bad-autoloss matchup. I didn't know how popular they'd become. I thought the only other deck with Yanmega would be MegaJudge, and I can shut of Magnetic Draw with poisen, so I wasn't worried about that. Little did I know that decks like Yanmega/Donphan, Yanmega/Kingdra, or other Yanmega varients would be popular.
I end up going 3-6. Day 1 was a good day for me, but not Day 2.
I find some of my friends, borrow a Mew Prime from Henry, and register. I play a few test games, after signing up, and am ready for Nats.
Day 1:
Game 1 vs. Donphan
I get a T2 Yanmega out and donk.
1-0
Game 2 vs. Random.
I sweep with Yanmega.

Game 3 vs. Donphan Yanmega
I get out a T3 yanmega, and do 40 to his Yanma. I evolves, retreats and does 70 to my active. I get another Yanma out and attach a Rescue Energy to Yanmega. I KO his active. I take more prizes with Yanmega, mostly of Phanpys and Donphan.
It gets down to one prize each because he takes prizes of my Yanmega. I use Muk to drag up a Donphan with no energy, and he can't use Switch with Vileplume, and is out of energy. He decks out, GG.

Game 4 vs. Donphan Yanmega
He gets a good start, and takes his prizes quickly. He wins with me having 3 prizes left. GG.

Game 5 vs. Donphan Yanmega (lucksack)
I get a good start, and LZ a Muk. I take a few prizes, evolve into Gloom. He gets and heads on Reversal, and does 60 to my Gloom. I can't get any late game hand refreshers, and when I get a Cleffa, I bench it, Eek, and and draw... nothing. He reversals, and gets heads, and drags up Mew. He KOs it. I gets heads, and eek again. I finally get the Vileplume. But, he gets heads on reversals again, and KOs Gloom. I have a Oddish prized, and can't get Flower Shop lady. I use Mew to drag up another Donphan. He topdecks a switch (which he couldn't use if he would have gotten a tails for the Gloom), sends out his donphan with an energy. He then uses another Reversal, and gets heads, drags up a Mew, and knocks it out. Not a very great game, but whatever. GG.

I get almost NO sleep, because my dad and my brother snore >_>.
Day 2
Game 6 vs. Kingdra Yanmega.
This is almost an autoloss because none of his Pokemon have a high retreat cost, he can KO almost all of my basic Pokemon. I take maybe 2 prizes.

In my next few games I know I can't make top cut because I have a low resistant, because one of my opponents went 0-4 and dropped. So I just fool around and have fun.
I go 3-6, but have a lot of fun.
Here is the second report. It's a modified side tournament, for anyone who didn't make top cut. Winner wins a 3DS and a booster box.
I changed to Kingdra Yanmega.
Game 1
I take all my prizes with Yanmega.

Game 2 vs. Magmill (lol)
I use Kingdra and Yanmega to do 50 to Magmars, and he sends out Magmorter with 4 {R}, brings his hand to one, and passes. I draw, attaches a {W}, and Spray Splash plus Dragon Steam for KO. I KO the rest of his Pokemon easily. GG

I forgot. It's hard to remember 16 games.

Game 4 vs. Yanmega Donphan
I Ko all his Pokemon before he can set-up. When he gets a Donphan out, I ko it with Dragon Stream and Spray Splashes. He doesn't run Reshiram either. I KO all his Yanmas to before he can get a Yanmega out.

Game 5 Vs. Reshiboar
I use Zoroark and Kingdra to knockout every one of his Reshirams before he can set-up. GG

Game 6 vs. MegaJudge
He gets a great start, with 2 Yanmegas and a Magnezone T2, and another Yanmega and zone T3. I only take 2 prizes.

Game 7 vs. Krookodile Amphy.
Noooo, I was down-paired!!
I messed-up a lot, and barely take the win. If I wasn't downpaired, I would have gotten second, and 18 packs, but 9 is still fine.
I do the mutant draft but my group is weird. Very.
I get a T-tar Prime and an Abiliboar.
