Strategy: Using Gliscor X's Night Slash you can switch to Spiritomb AR, attach and Unown Q, retreat back to to Gliscor X, rinse and repeat.
Side Strategy: Instead of switching to Spiritomb AR you can switch to Gliscor PROMO which keep the Special Conditions on the opponent, you then retreat back to Gliscor X (this is usually used against any deck that already has trainer lock)
What Each card is for:
Gliscor LA: Ran only so you can be able to scoop it up with Burning Poison
Gliscor PROMO: Used for the side strategy and for taking down tank decks using Cutting Turn
Gliscor X: Main attacker with Night Slash it can do 60-80 ( E-Belt) and it allows it to switch to
Blaziken FB X: DGX counter, can also drag up victims to kill
Dugtrio: Sink Hole hurts the opponent when they retreat by adding 20 damage to them
Spiritomb AR: Set-up card, also what Gliscor switches to.
The initiatives are used to get rid of warp energies in the opponent's hand, considering to have these dropped.
