BW/BW2 Global Link Arceus- February 2012

Everybody remebers voting for one of the first 493 to befriend on the global Link right. Well when the polls closed, Arceus ended up being the popular choice and it's supposed to be distributed via the Global Link to all users during the month of February. Well, I visited the Global Link today, the 1st of February, and nothing. There was nothing seen promoting the Arceus giveaway anywhere. Am I supposed to know some kind of code or are there some steps that need to be taken?
 
It begins today at 13:00 (1:00pm) local time. I just was on Pokemon Global Link and it's on my Promotions page. Whenever it's 1:00pm in your area, Check back. And you do need a password it's ARCEUSVOTE
