BW/BW2 God Stone?

My friend is a hacker, and he has a Japanese version of Pokemon White. While going through the coding of the game, he came across two moves not able to be learned by anyone, and an item known as the God Stone. It appears to be a mixture of the Dark Stone and Light Stone, the key items of Zekrom and Reshiram.

The two moves he found are called Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare. Both are Ice-type attacks and are very powerful. We believe they are the special attacks of Kyurem that didn't get into the final product for unknown reasons. Any ideas?

Probably data to be utilized in the third game, most likely for a new form of Kyurem, IMO.
 
I say that in Grey, Cold Flare and Freeze Bolt will be signature moves for two new forms for Kyurem: Yin Forme and Yang Forme. The God Stone will be used for one, if not both, of those form changes. However, it also is possible that the God Stone will be used for summoning Kyurem in Grey, similar to the Dark Stone and the Light Stone.
 
But the question for this arises, RayquazaMaster; what the heck is the God Stone doing in Black and White?
Also, Victini is getting V-Generate through an event, which it can't learn in-game. Maybe Kyurem will get those moves from an event.
 
It has to be in there in theory, that way it will be allowed to be traded from Grey to B/W. Otherwise it must stay within Grey and all future games.
 
Awesome find! It definetely has to do with Kyeruem so this basically confirms everyone's suspicions
 
Update:

My friend managed to put the moves onto his Kyurem, and Freeze Bolt has electricity and ice in the animation, and can cause paralysis. Cold Flare has fire and ice in the animation and can cause a burn. Relation to Zekrom and Reshiram?
 
Indefinetely. It reminds me of the Alamos Darkrai that knew both of dialga and palkia's signature moves. And then the arcues that knew dialga,palkia, and Giritina's signature moves
 
^well they learned those attacks through events. The Ice attacks are legitimate moves that have electricity and fire as part of the animation.
 
Sort of Update:

I don't know if I made it clear, but the two moves my friend found have full animation as if they were cut late in production.

Real Update:

Each attack has 140 power and 90% accuracy. I'll get the special/physical category later.

Edit: background is exactly the same as that of Lightning Strike, the signature attack of Zekrom

Edit: noticed that there is not very much visible fire, but the background is exactly the same as that of Blue Fire, the signature attack of Reshiram

Yes. We have talked about this before. It is most likely the key item used to awaken Kyurem in the third installment of Black and White. For Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare, they have been speculated that Kyurem will be able to learn those moves being related to Reshiram and Zekrom, hence Bolt and Flare, as Electric and Fire.
