I think Gogoat's Lead attack (Search your deck for 2 supporters, for one colorless) could be a pretty good pokemon as it has 110 HP and could easily be in a deck where switching is a main priority as you could switch him in and then retreat him out after your 2 supporters.

Gogoat, being a stage 1 Pokemon which requires you to use your attack to get the effect of it's attack (which isn't even a great one, considering having 2 supporters in your hand is rarely better than 1), lends less consistency to a deck than it could possibly hope to add. When you need supporters, you want the DURING your turn. Having to wait till your next is almost never worthwhile, especially considering the conditions required.

And 110 HP isn't THAT great nowadays. There are basics with more health that are far more playable.
