This is the deck I want to take for my first Regionals.

Pokemon - 17
4 Wimpod BUS 16
3 Golisopod-GX BUS 17
3 Trubbish BKP 56
2 Garbodor BKP 57
3 Tapu Lele-GX GRI 60
1 Tapu Koko PR-SM SM30
1 Mewtwo EVO 51

Trainer - 33
4 Professor Sycamore BKP 107
3 N FCO 105
4 Guzma BUS 115
2 Acerola BUS 112
2 Brigette BKT 134
4 Ultra Ball SUM 135
4 Enhanced Hammer GRI 124
2 Heavy Ball BKT 140
1 Rescue Stretcher GRI 130
4 Float Stone BKT 137
3 Choice Band GRI 121

Energy - 10
6 Grass Energy 1
4 Double Colorless Energy SUM 136

I want to add third Acerola but don't know what to remove. And, while playtesting, I found out that I have often problems with dead hand and in many situations I have only 2-3 hand cards. Has anyone suggestions for this?

Thank you very much for any help.

I would remove one of the enhanced hammers. 4 is a bit too many. For the draw issue, you could remove another enhanced hammer and replace it with N.

It looks to me like your main source of damage is Golisopod's First impression (as it should be), but I think you are relying too much on Float stones to get it done and also have too much special energy hate as was said above.
As far as the lack of draw supporters go, I have noticed the same problem running the same amount of draw supporter as you mentioned, but it's mostly just bad luck.
Maybe something like this would help:
-2 Enchanced Hammer (2 is more than enough)
-1 Brigette
-1 Float Stone
+1 Acerola
So there is two options I think you could go for the last 3 spots in the deck, and that is some combination of Professor Kukui and switch.
Maybe like +2 Kukui, 1 Switch if you need the draw, or +2 Switch, +1 Kukui if you feel you need the First impression.

Don't run kukui in golisopod. You don't need it . I would add 2 more koko promo instead (3 is a good number.)

Golisopod/Garbodor is very clunky and almost inconsistent. The lack of any sort of draw other than your 4 Ns and Sycamores makes it very vulnerable to bad draws. Late game you mostly want to play Acerola or Guzma, so is even harder to find things you might need. Even with that being said, the deck is not bad, it just has that issue. As for the list, 3 Enhanced Hammer is fine, though I know why you play 4. 1 Brigette is also fine. There you can add an Acerola and another card you'd like. As for the draw, th only thng is Oranguru, which most likely won't work anyway, so leave it be. Good luck.

This is just Azul's list from Memphis, right?

I have tested this deck a bit, as I think Golisopod is in a good spot at the moment, competitively speaking. It does have it's issues though, as pointed out by @FlavorfulPineApl. A late-game N can completely ruin you, and there's no draw support Pokémon that you can reliably add because of Garbotoxin.

I would consider removing one Enhanced Hammer for the third Acerola.

I think the deck is very strong, as was proved in Memphis. You just have to hope that you don't get N'd late-game, or already have a good setup before getting hit with N, or hope you top deck something good.
