Yes, this deck is very good with Blend Energy. I feel like you should incorporate Jolteon-EX into here as you already play Rainbow and DCE. It walls Turtonator and puts Necro Garb players in a pretty awkward position in the early game. 4 VS Seeker and 4 Ultra Ball is a must, and I would sample 1 extra Choice Band in place of 1 Trubbish, 1 Trashalanche and 1 N.
