I see what you doing... Get a random pokémon with a flip-a-coin attack, put victini on and voi la, we have a deck.

The problem is.... where is the right time to use fliptini? when you get 3 heads and want to get for and at the end you get 4 tails?
Personally I hate fliptini, he's an easy prize for every1 who have a Catcher and a decent active pokémon.

You need an energy accelerator.
Try
-1 audino (could easily be gotten back with super rod and others)
-3 sage's (not really needed)
-3 communication (heavy ball takes care of golurk)
-2 cilan (getting out energies won't be difficult)
-2 level ball (would rather use dua ball)
-1-2 switch (4 is too many)

+1 heavy ball (for golurk)
+4 dual ball (basics)
+2 mewtwo EX (as a counter)
+2 terrakion? (would be nice to have something that doesn't entirely rely on coin flips)
+1 super rod (recycling)
and a couple of spaces to adapt to what energy accelerator you may want. Just an idea but exp. share may be good in this deck.
