I'm thinking of buying the following for regionals:

1: Pokemon Heatran/Regigigas Mini-Binder: $12.50

2: Discontinued 2003 Plusle/Minun Deckbox: $50.00

#3: Black Pokeball Sleeves (I'm pretty sure these rip easily, but they're relatively cheap) $10.00

Total Cost=$81.50

Is that a.... good deal? Keep in mind this is off ebay.

everything's a good price, except the deck box. imo, no deck box should cost that much.

Just think, you could get certain cards for 50 dollers, while on the other hand, you can use any Shoe Box for your deck.
I'd not get the Deck Box and either save your money for an MD Box or something else.

The slips are actualy quite good.... because they are made of a shiny material they do pick up a lot of dust marks but they are a heck of a lot better then the pre-release ones....
