This is a jank deck, there's no way around that. Two stage twos make for a slow start and you will get donked every so often. But it's surprisingly good for a jank deck, my first 50 games of testing (I've slowly developed the list, don't have 50 games with this list but with the concept) ended up with about 70% WR, including wins against people running the latest greatest lele/garb and sylveon lists so it's not all thumping scrubs online.
The synergy is pretty obvious, like the Solgaleo/Lugia and the also janky Solgaleo/Darkrai/Dragons lists you used to see you're taking advantage of the language on Sol Burst GX which permits attachment of double energy cards with an energy scaling attack, and the fact that Goodra can use both of the standard legal double energies. Goodra's power whip can hit for up to 240 damage on turn 3 though usually you'll want to set up for a Sunsteel Strike with 2 energy then place 3 special energy on a Goodra/Sliggoo.
The GRI Sliggoo has a water duplicates clone that allows you to quickly fill your bench with replacement Goodras for situations where you want to go for a prolonged game where you win by chipping their bench with 80-120 damage power whips, the special charges help to recycle energy to facilitate that, and Brock gets back both your one prize pokes and metal energy if you're attacking with Solgaleo.
The combination of Beat Slider's pokemon circulator effect and Ultra Road give you a lot of board mobility when you need it. Basically the primary win condition is getting something unfavorable stuck in your opponent's active then dropping big snipes onto their bench. I kind of want to work in some field blowers to punish players that lean too heavily on float stones since I can chain Lele > Skyla > blower now.
