pokemon:
3-2-3 Gothitelle
3-2-2- Reuniclus(black and white base)
2 Jirachi
2 Victini (V-Blast)
2 Reshiram
total: 22

t/s/s:
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Junk arm
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Catcher
4 twins
2 N
2 Rocky helmet

Energy:
12 psychic
2 DCE

stratagy: use victini for a starter for early game donks or easy K.O's gothitelle is used to lock trainers and as an attacker, reuniclus is used to move energy from gothitelle to reshiram and jirachi is to get energy from the discard pile onto gothitelle

Feedback is appreciated for this deck

Hey! I have one of these decks! I use Zekrom instead of Reshiram, but you have a mistake in this deck;
Gothitelle can't lock Trainers, it can only lock ITEMS. If your looking to lock trainers, I suggest to add a 2-1-2 of Vileplume, and a Rare Candy.

As of the release of Black and White, Trainers = Items. So cards such as Rare Candy, PokeGear 3.0, etc. that are marked as "Trainer" cards are now marked as "Item" cards. In other words Gothitelle locks them.

A few changes, but these are mostly a matter of opinion.
4-2-4 Gothitelle (You often sacrifice one early game)
3-1-2 Reuniclus (the extra Duosion is unneccesary)
-1 Reshiram for 1 Kyruem (to deal with fire decks)
-2 Victini (you want to lead with Gothita)
-1 Jirachi
-1 Twins
-1 Psycic for a DCE (so you can attack turn 2)

Pokemon:
4-2-4 Gothitelle
3-1-2 Reuniclus
1 Jirachi
1 Shaymin
1 Cleffa
19

T/S/S:
4 Pokemon Collector
1 Pokemon Communication
3 Junk arm
4 Rare Candy
2 Pokemon Catcher
4 twins
2 N
2 Rocky helmet
2 Max Potion
1 Tropical Beach
1 Seeker
2 Pokegear 3.0
1 Switch
27

Energy:
10 psychic
2 DCE
12

THis is how I would fix up the deck to make it more fast and consistant and would hold up to Reshiphlosion better

But you have no buff, high HP basic to move the damage to.

this isn't a complete list, it might be too many, or too less, but it's just an idea of what the deck should be.
Pokemon
4-2-3 gothitelle
3-1-2 reuniclus
1 zekrom
1 tornadus
1 cleffa
1 pichu
1 blissey prime
1 chansey
T/S/S
3 tropical beach(1 in 20 chance of draw, and so you can bring up a gothitelle for stall and setup with beach, pretty easy play. if you don't have 3, you should atleast run 1-2.)
3-4 twins.
1 black belt(maybe, helpful for the google matchup.)
3-4 sage's/oak's. which ever you like better.
4 collector
4 communication
2 seeker for the blissey.
3-4 junk arm
4 rare candy
2-3 catcher
1 switch

Energy
8-10 psychic
2-3 DCE
like i said, not a complete list, might be more cards than a complete list, but this is a good idea of what you should run, and the gothitelle decks that did good at regionals, Jayson Harry's gothitelle is built like this, and it works so well.

Thanks for all the suggestions I'm gonna test this deck a little more until I make any perminante changes though

One thing, I play this deck now and Electrode Prime is a really good card to have in a Goth list. I would say 2-2, Energy acceleration is much better and and it enables you to use twins too. I have it and it plays good with Goth!!Also http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/user-masonandrew, the only thing with your list is that, I don't think anyone in the world has 3 Tropical Beach, one is one thing, but 3 is kinda unheard of... I also think your math is a little off, :)

How do you move the energies from Jirachi to Gothitelle?
