Objective: Get out Mime Jr. in the beginning to stall/disrupt opponent by putting cards in the lost zone. Setup Gothitelle(main attacker/item lock), Reuniclus(move around damage), Slowking(disrupt/predict opp. draw). With Crushing hammer/lost remover to aid in disruption. Prevents any prize cards from being taken and easy prize cards taken

Hah, I really like this idea =)
I do, however, have a few suggestions. A glaring issue I see here is a lack of draw supporters and hand refresh. This may be a personal issue and completely subjective, but I think you may be running too many crushing hammers as well. They're flippy and not particularly consistent.

Suggestions:
- 0-1-0 Gothibility -> you're running 4 Rare Candies and 4-3-4 is a little overkill in that scenario
- 2 Crushing Hammers
- 2 Seekers -> I understand why you would want to run these, but Seeker-ing things from your bench will slow you down too much IMO
- 2 Catcher -> Okay, this card is fantastic, but since you're trying to lock your opponent playing the offensive might not be ideal\ completely efficient
- 1 Fisherman

+ 4 Pokemon Communication -> adds much needed set-up speed to this deck
+ 2 PONT -> Hand refresh. It's a good thing ;) - especially when you're running 2 Stage 2 lines and a Stage 1 line.
+ 2 Max Potion -> these come from Emerging Powers in case you didn't know. They heal ALL damage counters off a Pokemon at the cost of all energy attached to that Pokemon. Reuniclus never should be active and thus never attacking and thus never needs energy attached to it. Move damage counters from heavily damaged Gothitelle (or other damage burdened Pokemon) to Reuniclus, use Max Potion to heal Reuniclus completely for no energy. Nuff said.

Hope this helps!

TBS has good suggestions, though I would want to make space for one extra Solosis and make it 3-2-2. You never know when you can get hit by a quick catcher.

I agree, pokemon communication's and max potion will go a long way in this deck, instead of fishermans burned tower, save you're self a supporter turn.

UPDATE 2ND EDITION
@TBS thanks that really did help
@riskbreaker true
@varit thanks for feedback

maybe some zekroms/reshiram for outrage and high hp and some junk arm to reuse the max potion and other trainers

Yes, zekrom is great for this deck because you can stack an entire 120 damage from an almost knocked out Gothy on it.

Your energies don't add up.

I don't know why people told you to take out Catcher. Its better disruption than crushing hammer and lost remover IMO. I'd find a way to fit it in. Also, why no DCE? I know you want to put psychic energy on gothy, but that extra one turn boost is really handy. Here's what I'd do:

2-1-2 Reuniclus (-2 cards)
-1 Fisherman
-1 Lost remover (This is good, don't get me wrong, but a lot of the top decks don't use specials)
-1 (the amount of energy you're negative, for bookeeping)
-1 Pokemon collector (I was on the ropes about this, but I think 4 might be overkill)

+1 Flower Shop lady (better choice than fisherman IMO)
+1 Zekrom (I wouldn't run more than one dragon in case you start with it)
+2 DCE
+2 Catcher
