I like night march and have found this to be a more reliable variant of the deck for me still looking for a bit of help one it for cities this weekend
 
So the first thing i notice about your deck is that you are only using 2 gourgiest. If you going to use gourgiest as your main attacker in nigh march you should at least be using 3 or 4. as for the 4 unknown i see why your putting them in there as vespiquen is your other attacker but i feel like 4 is a little much if your going for a night march deck. I would take out the Rainbow energy as they are way to easy to get rid of and just do 5 grass energy sense ideally you will never need to use joltiks attack. if you take out any unknowns Brigette wont be to useful IMO so you might want to use either Pokemon fan club or get some more draw support supporters. if you could find room for super rod or revive it could help as well. but running the 2-2 vespiquen lines could hinder your ability to use them. Lastly i'll admit ive never been much of a night march fan but the time that i did play it for fun was back when Celebi Ex was legal in standard so i'm not sure how viable the SOM version can be but i hope you do well in cities and with the somewhat unexpected way to play night march.
