Help Grass Deck Help?

I am just getting back into the game after nearly a decade, and was wanting to get started building a grass deck. After some extensive research I realized that they arent very good at the moment, but the Sceptile GX line in the next set or two will be good. I was wondering if I could get some help brewing up a deck for it?

It could be interesting to run Sceptile Gx with Leafeon GX. Leafeons GX attack would allow you to turn 1 evolve several of your Treeckos if you go 2nd. (You obviously lose access to sceptile's GX attack here) if you do this and then use groyvles ability you could theoretically have several sceptile in play turn 2 without using rare candy at all.

Also the new net ball may be better than nest ball for you because you can grab an energy with it in the mid or late game.
