Standard Grass Deck with Tapu Bulu GX

I'm a returning ptcg fan who hasn't played since the early 2000's and it's safe to say a little bit has changed. The deck listed below got me through the first tier in versus with no problem at all, however in the second tier my wins have slowed to about 1 in every 2. At times the deck feels powerful and then without notice it might completely fail me. I'm completely open to any and all recommendations! I am aiming to maintain a deck that still fits the standard format come September 2017. Thanks in advance!

I would change the following things:
- 2 Lysandre
They will rotate out
- 2 Heracross
You don't need them, they are not so good.
- 2 Tierno -3 Hau
It is one of the worst Supporter cards
- 5 Energy
17 are to much
- 4 Great Ball
They are also unnecessary

Additions:
+2 Sycamore because it is one of the best Supporter
+2 Ultra Ball
+2 Choice Band
+3 Guzma
+2 Olivia
+4 Max Potion
+2 N
+1 Tapu Lele GX
