Standard Greninja / Articuno

Hello! I've recently started playing the Pokemon TCG for the first time in a few years, and I've wanted to get back into standard. I played a bit of the Online TCG and it gave me a few ideas to get started. I wanted to keep the deck reasonable when it comes to budget, but I'd really like to work toward something a bit more competitive in the future.

Pokémon: 16
  • 2 Articuno Roaring Skies 16
  • 2 Articuno Delta Roaring Skies 17
  • 2 Froakie BREAKpoint
  • 4 Frogadier BREAKpoint
  • 4 Greninja XY
  • 2 Manaphy EX
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 24
  • 4 Energy Retrieval
  • 4 Fisherman
  • 2 Dive Ball
  • 2 Wally
  • 2 Max Revive
  • 2 Switch
  • 2 Rough Seas
  • 2 Tierno
  • 4 Shauna
Energy: 20
  • 18 Water Energy
  • 2 Double Colorless Energy
Strategy:

My thoughts behind the deck was to try to get Greninjas out as fast as you can using Frogadier's Water Duplicates attack, use Articuno to get some energy in your hand, then use your three or four Greninjas to ping your opponent's bench/active Pokemon for 90 or 120/turn as long as you have energy. Articuno Delta can be used to mop up for an extra prize card, and the Energy Retrievals and Fisherman to get the energy you discarded with Greninja right back into your hand.

I think you have too many energies and not enough trainers/ supporters. What's the DCE for? I don't know what to suggest but I feel like you would get very bogged down in energies and wouldn't get the stuff you really need.
