I honestly don't think Im good at making decks but seeing Greninja BREAK and Greninja XY with such amazing synergy together it reminded me of one of my favorite animes Naruto! Well Pokemon as well but you get the idea.
Please help me by making this deck better/more consistent. I play at my local league for tournaments, prereleases and just for fun. One day maybe I can go to the actual big tournaments but for now I want to work on my deck building.

I've ran the deck before and here are some suggestions:

-4 Puzzle of Time (the deck can "brick" or give bad hands due to Stage 1, 2, and 3s in the deck. Adding puzzle (which requires 2 to be effective) is giving yourself more chances to draw dead.

+1 Froakie (the deck relies on getting Frogadier to be live, but you don't want to start a remoraid and risk not having the float stone to go off turn 2)

+1 Hex Maniac (this card helps you switch to your 2nd attack and it is extremely important for the mirror match, and Trevenant/Vileplume)

-1 Fisherman (I love the card, but there hasn't been a point where I wish I had 2. An Energy Retrieval can also be a good substitute that doesn't eat your supporter)

+1 Wally (The card helps you go off turn 1/2, and with Octillery, you don't have to rely on draw supporters later on, so Wally/Lysandre/AZ earn alot more value)

+1 - 4 N (N avoids discarding too many important cards, at the cost of helping/disrupting your opp's hand. I would personally run more N over sycamore. The amount is up to personal preference. You can also replace Judge with N)

+1 - 2 Level Ball (Although inferior to Dive Ball in this deck, it can allow you to run techs such as Jirachi and Bunnelby, and can still help search the Octi line or Froakie/Froagier

+1 Xerosic (strongly recommended to guarantee KO's on Pokes with Fighting Fury Band, and helps vs any deck that relies on DCE/DDE)
