As you all should know, Greninja BREAK has swept the metagame ever since its debut in BREAKpoint. With Frogadier's outrageous attack and Greninja BREAK's ability, you are able to set up quickly and start spreading damage within the first few turns. With the loss of Dive Ball, Level Ball, and Repeat Ball, however, Greninja has lost quite a bit of its speed and consistency.

Tech Ideas:
Pokemon:
Tapu Fini GX: Tapu Fini helps for slow starts against faster decks such as Volcanion and Golisopod. Tapu Fini's GX attack, Tapu Storm GX, allows you to shuffle your opponents active Pokemon and all cards attached to it into their deck for a single water energy, as long as they have a benched Pokemon.
Tapu Lele GX: 2-prize support mons have never really been though of in this deck, but Tapu Lele is definitely a good card for this deck, allowing you to drop it and search for that Sycamore, N, Skyla, etc.
Espeon EX: With Stage 2 and Stage 1 decks being very good in the meta, (think Gardy, Metagross, Solgaleo/Rayquaza, Golisopod, Zoroark, etc), being able to devolve any of your opponents Pokemon is great, getting easy bench knockouts by using Giant Water Shuriken on one of your opponents evolved Pokemon, retreating into Espeon and using Miraculous Shine to devolve all of your opponents Pokemon and knocking out newly 60 HP mons.
Mr. Mime GEN: Not a very popular tech, Mr. Mime helps out your terrible Ninetales matchup, disabling the spread of damage of Tapu Koko, and disabling your opponent's ability to snipe 50 on the bench.
Starmie EVO: Starmie allows you to discard a card from your hand and take back 2 water energy you discarded either from using Giant Water Shuriken or getting knocked out.
Trainers:
Evosoda: A simple replacement for Dive Ball, Evosoda allows for more consistency.
Enhanced Hammer: Helps with the Golisopod/Garbodor matchup, which mainly runs Rainbow Energy and Double Colorless Energy to fuel attacks.
Acerola: Allows you to deny knockouts, and possibly get a cheeky 3rd Giant Water Shuriken.
Energy:
Splash Energy: Allows you to pick Greninja back up as soon as he's knocked out.

very similar to the one that got 2nd at hartford shut up
Overview:
Greninja BREAK is still a prominent threat in the Standard format. It hasn't lost much due to the rotation, so it's still pretty good against decks like Volcanion and Gardevoir.
