• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Expanded Greninja

Do you mean Froakie? If so, this play has been out for a while, since Wally came out.
 
From your basic explanation, I fail to see why this is expanded, as Wally was reprinted in Generations, and the Greninja I'd think you would use is still standard legal as well.
