Here's my more updated Gyarados deck. Don't recommend Junk Arm because I tried it and it didn't help the speed of the deck.

Solid list. 2 Unown Q's aren't needed. Same with the 4 Poketurns. I don't even run Luxray X because it takes up bench space, and can be power sprayed. I'd run Reversal even though its flippy.

Don't recommend Junk Arm? Trust me, Junk Arm is amazing in Gyarados. With 4 Junk Arm, you can keep on reusing Belts, SSU, Poke Turn, and it does help get two Magikarp in the discard if Regice is sprayed.

Anyways, drop Relicanth and a Fighting Energy for two more SSU. You shouldn't really need to worry about teching against Luxray, since you can OHKO it with a Belted Tail Revenge (assuming you have three Karp in the discard). One Relicanth and a Fighting isn't consistent in this case either. SSU for healing, replaying your Pixies, or for using Crobat G/Luxray again.

I got the list from Kevin and he said Junk Arm wasn't necessary. Also, what if you don't have a trainer in your discard, how would I use Junk Arm? I'll add in 2 SSU or 2 Junk Arm. Thanks.

I run 3 SSU also.
I think that's what you should do, though you probably should run 2 or 3 (I run 2). They can be very helpful.
