to be honest you don't really need a luxray counter, and at least three ssu are necessary, so

-1-1 donphan
-3 cyrus
-1 fighting energy
+ 2 ssu
+ 4 poke drawer OR 2 pont, 2 vs seeker.

the sets at the bottom help with consistency.

You know, this deck beat me at Cities (not before I beat it in the pres though). If you play it, I'd play the rare Regirock tech. I'm not sure why, but that really helped the guy playing me, and he swore by it. Also, 1 rescue is inconsistant. I'd change that immediately.
There are other problems with this deck, but I'm sure experience will shape you up right.

Hmm I disagree I run the Combee so that's pretty much a searchable pokemon recuse. Plus I have junk arm and recuse energy. Plus I only lay down karp when I have BTS and dos in hand. I may remove 1 lighting for 1 pokemon recuse. Just for the just in case factor.

If you have it figured out, then that is the best thing. Like the best player in the world said, PLAY YOUR OWN WAY AND STICK TO IT!

And honestly, that is the only way it will ever work. If you play someone else's deck, you're only getting the skeleton. When you change it and mold it into your own creation, then it begins to function properly.
