Strategy: Basic Gyarados strategy, Volkners is there because its searchable with Impersonate. Luxray just to choose to kill w/e i want.
 
Drop 2 dual ball for 2 Cyclone Energy. Dual Ball is REALLY bad, Cyclone Energy is good for getting easy KOes.
 
You can't use Lux multiple times under trainer lock. I advise Cyclone Energy too. Once I took my last 2 prizes with it, and if I would of knocked out their Gengar, I would have lost. I'd tale out a Smeargle for a Combee also but I'm really not a fan of Smeargle.
 
Well my metagame is: 2x BLG ( One with Purugly G, 1-1 Absol G and both have Lucario gl) 1 Sablelock,1 Gengchamp/Ampnychomp.
There is a big chance there will be other decks.

+1 electric energy
+1 cyrus's conspiracy
+1 e-gain

This is good in case you want to use lux x's attack, also you don't need to use lux x's poke-power 5 times
this solves your 2 cards you need also
 
drop a pokemon rescue for a fourth pokemon collector. You want one in your starting hand to use the turn after impersonating one.
 
Also my biggest problem is that both BLG's in my area play Lucario GL.
I can bright look that but i need to be faster.
 
it needs a faster way to setup. play another collector to assure it in your starting hand to get 3rd turn setup. you could also play another junk arm. super scoop up is very flippy,so only play 2.
these aremy suggestions, but some peple at cities played blaziken in their dos. it works too.
 
I almost never used Junk Arm.
Blaziken FB has no use in my metagame
Should i drop 1 Junk Arm for 1 Collector? or 1 SSU for 1 Collector?
 
Drop a SSU. You can get it back with Junk Arm.

I would drop an SSU for collector, but I don't really think you need cyclone energy if you play luxray. Anyway you play 4 poketurn too so I would drop cyclones for a collector and maybe another volkner's. Otherwise your deck looks great it almost identical to mine in a lot of ways.
