classic gyarados strategy need suggestions

He says to take out the Buck's for Call Energy. I would personally advise that as well. Call is a huge consistency booster for this deck.

I would take out both of the sets of cards (Special Dark and Buck's) for Four Call (for consistency) and another SSU (also for consistency, plus, with no Seeker, you're going to want all the heal you can get).

I agree with Dmaster. This deck is so fun to watch! It REALLY kicks! Regirock?
And as much as I hate to say this, should you consider 4 JUNK ARM? I don't like to max like that, but it can help this deck for sure. Everything else seems okay.
