Hey this is my first post on the beach, so sorry if its not that great. Anyways since the release of probably my favourite set Triumphant, my former deck has been revived! THe basic strategy of gyarados for those who don't know is get 3 magikarp in the discard pile and start swinging for 90 a turn or with a belt the magic number 110, the average hp of most sp level x's. Now enough with my random ranting and onto my list!

Pokemon: 17
4-3 Gyarados SF( SF magikarp preferrably.)
3 Sableye SF
2-1 Uxie Lvx LA
2 Unown q
2 Smeargle

Supporters/Trainers/Stadiums:34
3 pokemon collector
2 bebe's search
2 cynthia's feelings
2 professor oak's new theory
3 seeker
2 twins
2 black belt
3 volkner's philosophy
3 B.T.S
4 junk arm
2 super scoop up
2 pokemon communication
1 luxury ball
3 expert belt

Energy:9
4 rescue energy
3 call energy
2 warp energy

Now first thing you might notice reading my list is that i don't run Regice. I dont think it is a key card to this deck in my opinion since i think 4 junk arm and 3 volkners is plenty. I also dont run any other form of recovery other than rescue energy because its hard to take down a 150 hp monster with a belt even with lighting weakness of +30. So now ill explain why a few specific cards are in there. First of sableye is the ideal starter, not for donking but for setting up. I can easily impersonate for my karps and then just wait to get a junk arm or vokners and start taking some prizes. Smeargle is the second ideal starter to use with portrait. I run a pretty heavy line of stuff that can get my pokemon out of the active spot, like warp energys and 2 unown q. The unown q are to get uxies, sableyes, and smeargle. The warp energys are to get gyarados out so u can use seeker or super scoop up to heal them. Thats basically all that I have to say about Gyarados. i apreciate any commentary so feel free to comment. Sorry for the long part of ranting on about stuff.
