2. Lower refs sends first, unless you have a negative ref in which case you send first.
3. I will ship overseas, but only if it's something I really want/need.

8. I can't believe I have to say this but PLEASE TAPE THE TOPLOADERS SHUT. Otherwise the cards will slip out and all sorts of bad things can happen!
9. I will never value a card more than what it's actually worth just because I really want it, so don't try ripping me off for my wants.
